Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced office manager to oversee the daily operations of our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with proven leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing staff and customer expectations, ensuring that our team is motivated and that our customers receive the highest quality experience during their home move.
Duties
1. The position reports directly to the Managing Director and requires the manager to lead and manage various aspects of the business.
2. Liaise with staff and ensure we exceed customer expectations.
3. Help to grow the storage aspect of the business.
4. Dealing with inbound and outbound sales enquiries in a timely manner.
5. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving issues promptly.
6. Visiting customers at their property to carry out home move surveys.
Skills
1. Strong leadership abilities and experience in team management would be an advantage.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
3. Proven ability to supervise staff effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
4. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
5. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.

Pay: £32,981.00-£35,088.00 per year
