Role: Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Warrington
ABOUT THE ROLE -
1. New product implementation
2. R&D and rapid development to support our key customers.
3. Implementation and standardisation of manufacturing methods across ESP.
4. Design, development and implementation of new tooling strategies to support the growth of the Sealing & Polymer business.
5. The cross departmental link between design and production to ensure smooth transition from concept to batch production.
6. Creation, evolution and control of standard operating procedures for Sealing & Polymer.
Hours of work -
08.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday
1 hour break
40 hours per week
ABOUT YOU -
The successful candidate will facilitate the manufacture of sealing & polymer products by working within a dynamic team to ensure sufficient resource is available to meet customer requirements.
7. Solidworks, CAMWorks, DriveWorks, Mazatrol programming experience
8. QMS knowledge
9. Competent IT skills
10. Ability to react to changing and challenging situations.
11. Strong communication and inter-personal skills
12. Calm and methodical work ethic
