International Admissions Officer
Full Time | Permanent Post | Salary £35,278 per annum
We are seeking an International Admissions Officer who will be responsible for providing a friendly and efficient admissions service to prospective international pupils, parents, and agents. They will maintain appropriate levels of contact with prospects throughout the journey from enquiry to admission, as well as efficiently manage the School’s admissions database. The role requires regular overseas travel to meet with families and agents, with recent trips including Thailand, Bermuda, Germany, and Bulgaria. The post holder will also contribute to the ongoing recruitment strategy. We anticipate this role will start in April 2025.
The successful candidate will embody the caring ethos of the School and have the ability to develop a rapid rapport and put people at ease. They will be a good team player with a friendly, calm approach and first-class organisational skills. Networking and personal relationships are important aspects of this role, and the post holder must be confident in building such connections. Additionally, the candidate should have strong IT, data management, and administrative skills, and be able to work effectively under pressure.
A demonstrable track record of success in international admissions management, international relations, or customer service in a comparable organisation is highly desirable.
