Key Responsibilities:
* Manage our new enterprise Hub, to add value to our workplace proposition, and also our TalkType dictation product.
* Create and own product roadmaps, balancing the needs of users and the business.
* Work closely with two engineering teams on creation of user stories.
* Collaborate across the business, with our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Support teams.
Requirements:
* Experience of working within a software organisation as a Product Manager, ideally with an understanding of B2B and B2C markets.
* Confident roadmap prioritisation and clear decision making.
* Experience of creating epics and user stories.
* Agile working with sprint teams and ability to iterate towards solutions.
* An understanding of product analytics and awareness of tools like Mixpanel.
* Strong stakeholder management with ability to manage conflicting priorities.
* High user empathy, with a strong interest in supporting people with disabilities.
What We Offer:
* £54,000 to £60,000 depending on experience.
