Role Responsibilities
* Prepare accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
* Handle corporation and business tax computations
* Manage a portfolio of clients, acting as their key point of contact
* Attend client meetings to provide expert guidance and support
* Prepare and review budgets for clients
* Stay updated on accounting and tax changes that may impact clients
* Prepare management accounts and create financial models in Excel
* Train and mentor junior team members
* Assist with remuneration/dividend planning and statutory audits when required
* Support ad-hoc projects and accountancy tasks as needed

Candidate Requirements
* ACA or ACCA qualified; part-qualified candidates with relevant experience will be considered
* Solid experience in general practice and managing client portfolios
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
* Knowledge of Iris, Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks is highly desirable
* A proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service
