What your typical working day will look like…
* Morning: Start your day by reviewing project schedules, ensuring that team allocations and deadlines are on track. You will coordinate with the in-house Project Manager(s) to confirm priorities, update resource plans, and prepare for client meetings.
* Midday: You are tracking project budgets, preparing financial reports, and ensuring consultant agreements are properly executed. You may be finalising invoices or ensuring that all contractual documentation is in order.
* Afternoon: A project update meeting is in full swing. You are taking clear action points, ensuring follow-ups are scheduled, and working behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly. You liaise with different departments to maintain accountability on key project tasks and make sure all documentation is up to date.
* End of Day: You take stock of progress, make process recommendations for efficiency improvements, and ensure all administrative and financial aspects of the project are in order before wrapping up for the day.
Key aspects of the role and its remit…
* Supporting Project Managers + Directors in organising and structuring projects for maximum efficiency.
* Managing project scheduling, documentation, and resource planning with precision.
* Assisting in project budget tracking, invoice processing, and financial forecasting.
* Coordinating contract administration and consultant agreements to keep everything legally aligned.
* Facilitating team communication, meetings, and workflow improvements.
* Working closely with a particularly talented Director-level Project Manager who will mentor and guide you through the transition to a high-level project management role.

Is this you?....
* You have a background in architecture, but your interests have shifted toward project operations, coordination, and financial management.
* You have experience in project scheduling, financial tracking, contract management, and administration.
* You are highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities with ease.
* You thrive in a structured environment where efficiency, accuracy, and problem-solving are key.
* You want to work alongside and be mentored by a highly experienced Project Management leader, learning the intricacies of delivering large-scale projects at the highest level.
* A minimum of 3-5+ years of experience in the architecture industry.
* Strong project coordination and administration skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
* Familiarity with ERP or project planning tools (such as Vision or similar software).
* Experience with financial tracking, contract management, and project documentation.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills to support multidisciplinary teams.
* Ability to prioritise, problem-solve, and improve workflows.
