CL IE NT CARE AND OPERATIONS ASSISTANT The Client Care and Operations Assistant is a diverse operational role, with the primary focus of ensuring our clients have a positive experience. Working in a busy 24 /7 veterinary hospital. T he role will require Sunday working with a flexible approach. The individual will need to be enthusiastic and self-motivated with guidance and support from the client care team. You will work within our team to contribute to a positive, eff ective, and effective working environment. Working in close alignment with the clinical teams th is role will provide outstanding levels of service to the wider hospital requirements. The post-holder will also play an invaluable role in supporting, technical aspects of facilities management, health & safety and IT s upport. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Client Care and administrative support : Liaising with clients, speaking directly to our clients over the phone a nd face to face to provide an outstanding client experience Liaising with referring veterinary practices supporting referral process, updating actions and all information is complete for case acceptance outstanding information Supporting the client financial journey, ensur ing accurate and timely completion of records and clients are updated as Ensure the reception and public areas are welcoming and stocked effectively Updating client and referring veterinary practice data on the Practice management system accurately and timely. Technical Support: Co-ordinate the servicing and maintenance of the hospital’s facilities, and medical equipment in-line with manufacture guidance and legal obligations. Ordering of clinical supplies and medications in line with purchasing policy's. Facilities Support: Supporting the coordination of the internal & external grounds of the hospital are maintained in a presentable and professional appearance. Reporting of hazards, defects, or damaged equipment or hospital facilities, coordination of contractors to carry out maintenance and repairs. Undertake I nspections on equipment, building fabric and supporting clinical equipment repairs and maintenance scheduling. Undertake inspections on fire safety controls & equipment arranging repairs and maintenance scheduling. Undertake routine inspections on water systems relevant to Legionella safety. Undertake inspection and maintain record first aid equipment and stocking requirements and ordering. Actioning maintenance job requisitions, and scheduling of contractors. T he successful candidate will be required to undertake all other relevant and respectable duties required of their role, upon request of the Senior Leadership Team.
