Role Purpose Responsibility for ensuring that advisers meet the established standards set by the company through documented quality monitoring of files and individual calibration. Provide administrative support to other areas of the division as and when required. Key responsibilities Achieve individual objectives and key performance indicators as set and agreed Create quality measurements to track improvement in products Execute quality improvement testing and activities Ensure policies meet insurer standards Create reports documenting outcomes and propose solutions for remedial action Carry out the required number of quality audits along with root cause analysis across all Customer Facing Operational areas Provide feedback to your manager with suggestions on improvements as to how to enhance quality, customer experience and reduce complaints Identify any areas of risk where the business may be exposed and provide recommendations; liaising with other departments as required Demonstrate and maintain an understanding of the regulatory environment and regulatory expectations Demonstrate high standards of personal performance Update the relevant MI tool ensuring that daily, weekly and monthly updates are recorded Drive a culture where fair customer outcomes are the central consideration Identify process improvement opportunities to drive customer service improvements Ensure that all documented business processes are followed accordingly Maintain a sound understanding of relevant products and services Have the ability to determine training needs Conduct training workshops / sessions as required (e.g. highlighted by audits, appraisals etc.) Assist where regulatory changes require updates to processes, documentation and training Assisting in testing and training people across the Division when implementing new systems Knowledge, skills and experience Demonstrate our values of Fun, Supportive, Professional, Working in Partnership and Ambitious Ability to work in a regulated, compliant and client focused environment Organised, resourceful, deadline driven and supportive of the wider team Methodical, pragmatic and analytical Enthusiastic with the ability to work within a busy and fast paced environment Composed and flexible under pressure Quality orientated with great attention to detail Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate well verbally and in the written word IT literate – Office, Windows, Chrome Working knowledge of the insurance market and of SSP (desired) Ability to prioritise workload and work within Lloyd & Whyte’s service standards Must be able to work independently, using personal judgement whilst still operating within specific guidelines Confidence to question and challenge individuals and their understanding and accuracy Good presentation skills Knowledge and understanding of Compliance requirements Carry out a required number of quality audits on a monthly basis Demonstrate and maintain knowledge of regulatory environment Maintain product and insurer knowledge Maintain monthly MI data Minimum level of CPD is met What we offer 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays Your birthday off Group Personal Pension Bonus scheme A holiday buy scheme An array of health and wellbeing benefits, company cash plan, income protection and life assurance Enhanced sick pay and parental leave Support and funding toward study and professional qualifications Paid time off for volunteering Lloyd & Whyte offer a range of specialist insurance services to a variety of clients.
