Taking the property from offer accepted to exchange day Liaising and build strong relationships with partner agents, mortgage brokers, and conveyancing partners Responding to emails. Keeping in contact with clients, advising them throughout the conveyancing process. Gather required documents to complete the sale Plan and prevent potential hurdles where possible Effectively and calmly problem solve Responding to queries and arranging conference calls.
