Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Marketing Director to drive our marketing strategies and enhance customer engagement. The Marketing Director will play a crucial role in shaping our go-to-market strategies which improve conversion rates, awareness, NPS and upper funnel demand volumes, while ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Communicate Value Propositions: Craft compelling and customer-centric value propositions that resonate with our target audience and align with the company's strategic goals. Translate customer needs into features and benefits that drive engagement and conversion. Market Research and Insights: Lead comprehensive research initiatives to gather insights into customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes. Analyze data to identify market gaps and opportunities for growth, ensuring our marketing strategies are informed and relevant. Marketing Program Design and Execution: Design, implement, and manage integrated marketing programs with full ownership, ensuring alignment with sales, operational, and functional teams. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create cohesive marketing campaigns that drive results. Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management: Establish and nurture trustworthy relationships with key stakeholders, particularly within the sales team. Keep stakeholders informed of ongoing marketing activities, industry best practices, and insights relevant to their customer segments. Continuous Improvement and Optimization: Regularly assess and refine marketing strategies and plans based on performance metrics and industry best practices. Implement A/B testing and data-driven approaches to optimize campaigns and enhance overall effectiveness. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team focused on enterprise clients, existing customers, database marketing, and broker relationships. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that encourages creative thinking and continuous learning. Qualifications: 10 years’ experience in a senior marketing role, preferably with a focus on B2B sales funnels and customer engagement. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders. Experience leading and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment. Based in an EU timezone (or the US, our largest market) to facilitate team collaboration and agency management.
