Insurance Broker Support Location: Belfast Package: Negotiable Benefits ABL Group are looking to add to our team in Belfast with the appointment of an Insurance Broker Support, to join our growing operations. This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive broker who are happy to train from the ground up, so you can build a rewarding career within the insurance market. As an Insurance Broker Support you will be trained to provide an exceptional service and professional advice to customers from initial contact, and throughout their engagement with the business. Ideally you’ll have some experience within a customer service role and be looking for somewhere to build a career. On a day-to-day basis you’ll be: Providing excellent customer service. Dealing with all business clients in a professional manner. Assisting & supporting Brokers and Account Executives to ensure that all client’s instructions and requirements are handled promptly and accurately. Providing quotations and arranging new business. Dealing effectively with customers' needs, eg. Handling of adjustments, renewals and any other queries which may arise. Handling of customer complaints in accordance with company procedures. Maintaining FCA Compliance at all times. Maintaining effective communication with all contacts, including insurance companies. Raising debits and credits in an accurate and timely manner. Creating and updating computer records. Daily administration of policy documentation.
