A fast-growing clearing bank in the UK is looking to appoint a Sales Director to continue the growth of the business. The Sales Director will be focused on the Payments and Disposition side of the business supporting the sales strategy and execution for their payments and banking solutions across the UK market.
The Sales Director will focus on driving revenue growth through a variety of their core products, including payment services and corporate deposit products.
Responsibilities:
* Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets across payments and banking product lines.
* Building and maintaining relationships with C-level executives in target corporate and institutional clients.
* Leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles for enterprise payment solutions.
* Managing and developing high-performing sales managers and representatives.
* Collaborating with Product, Technical, and Implementation teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
* Generating detailed forecasts and pipeline reports for senior management.
* Contributing to product strategy based on market insights and client feedback.
Minimum Requirements:
* 10 years + of B2B experience within a financial services institution, particularly focused on payments and banking solutions.
* Track record of closing enterprise deals worth 1M+.
* Must know payment rails (BACS, CHAPS, Faster Payments, SWIFT, etc.).
* Strong network within UK corporate and institutional sectors.
Due to the nature of this role, candidates with direct experience within this industry are preferred.
