Speech & Language Support Assistant | Bromley | Job Summary
1. £500 - £550 per week PAYE
2. Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm
3. Support smiling students intellectually and pastorally, cementing yourself as a key figure in their educational journey!
4. Encourage students to raise and surpass their own self-expectations!
5. Liaise closely with senior leadership to advance your pedagogical skillset!
6. Role starting immediately until July 2025 - with opportunities to continue beyond!
Our ideal Speech & Language Support Assistant candidate will have:
1. First-Class Degree in a related subject from a UK University
2. Prior experience working with neurodivergent people in an educational capacity!
3. Sensitivity to emotional dysregulation and a strong knowledge of safeguarding practices!
4. Patience and empathy for people who may not respond to mainstream teaching methods!
5. Extracurricular hobbies like sports, art, or music that can be used to connect with students and integrate into school life! (desired, not essential!)
