Customer Service Agent Circa £14 per hour Initial 3 Months Remote Working Your New Role Our client are a well established Software organisation based in the Thames Valley who, due to demand are seeking for a Customer Service Advisor, to join their team. The role itself is responding to tickets and inbound queries from customers. With the service offering, all customer correspondence will be B2B. You will experience a mix of both speaking to customers on the phone, but mainly on email. The overall goal for this position is to deliver exceptional customer service, providing an excellent customer experience. Ensuring Your Success Ideally, you will have previous experience in a similar B2B customer service position, within a technology company. Excellent interpersonal skills are required, with the ability to communicate both verbally and written. You will have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Personality wise, you will be a self-starter who can show empathy and provide expert advice. In Return Other than a strong hourly rate, you will receive the opportunity to work fully remote.
