Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Starch Room:
* Learn and assist in the starch moulding process for chocolate products
* Ensure the quality and consistency of starch moulds
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the starch room
Kitchen:
* Support the preparation and cooking of chocolate mixtures
* Follow recipes and production schedules accurately
* Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen
Machines:
* Operate and maintain chocolate processing machinery
* Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues
* Monitor machine performance to ensure efficient production
Dipping:
* Master the art of hand-dipping chocolates
* Ensure each product meets our quality and presentation standards
* Work with a keen eye for detail and precision
