Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain health and safety policies in line with current legislation, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and updated.
2. Collaborate with production teams to drive safety improvements and ensure practical, effective safety practices are embedded across the business.
3. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, providing training and regular meetings for employees.
4. Lead the process of risk assessments, inspections, and accident investigations.
5. Identify hazards, assess risks, and develop strategies to reduce safety risks across all areas.
6. Investigate incidents and complaints related to health and safety and produce detailed reports for senior management.
7. Ensure safe operational practices are maintained, and any changes in legislation are adhered to.
