Job description
To operate process plant and equipment, in an efficient manner to maximise process output.
To participate in the continuous improvement activity to assure the sites efficiency. Driving down manufacturing cost, waste materials, and controlling the 7 Wastes.ResponsibilitiesManaging process accuracy to ensure customers orders are fulfilled in line with business KPIs
Safe operation of plant and equipment, and good housekeeping controls
Responsible for maintaining stock control, location accuracy and perpetual inventory counting
Monitor accuracy and organisation during loading and unloading procedures for all inbound and outbound warehouse activity
Ensure hazardous materials are stored in accordance with HSE requirements
Daily liaison with Transport partners, Customer Services and other Supply Chain staff to monitor and
improve processes.
Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external customers.
Manage and ensure group HSE standards are adhered to and carry out risk assessments
Managing and implementing 6S lean techniques to optimise the NDC environment and efficiencySkills requiredEssential:

The normal working week is 42 hours per week which includes 2 hours of paid breaks per week and are as follows:
Monday to Thursday 08:00 - 16:30pm
Friday 08:00-16:00pm
