You will be responsible for leading and maintaining a high-quality service operation across front and back-of-house teams, encompassing catering, cleaning, and front-of-house services. Oversee all lounge activities, delivering services to the highest standards in alignment with client and company goals. Control costs, maximize productivity, and ensure financial targets are met through effective budget and P&L management. Lead, motivate, and empower your team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation. Ensure adherence to all company policies, client standards, and statutory regulations, prioritizing health, safety, and risk management. Strong understanding of Profit & Loss management with the ability to act on financial results. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, driving engagement and performance. Outstanding ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Capable of managing multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment. Experience in delivering 5 service. Catering experience Competent IT skills Able to work on own initiative within a team environment. Flexible approach – 5 out of 7 day working pattern.
