Taskmaster Resources is currently recruiting for an Administrator for our client based in Wigan WN5 area.
Duties
Scanning paperwork
Saving files to the system
Sending invoices to suppliers
General admin tasks
Answering telephone and email queries
Reporting to director weekly
Recording data on excel
Skills
Experience using excel
Previous administrator experience working in finance/ payroll
Excellent and effective communication and interpersonal skills
Good English
Must be proactive and be able to pay keen attention to the smallest of details
Working times are usually Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
