Purpose of the Compliance Adminstrator Role:
Our client is looking for a Compliance and Pricing Administrator to ensure that their business and products meet all relevant regulations while also supporting pricing analysis and product margin evaluations. This role requires a proactive individual who can take ownership of compliance, challenge areas for improvement, and provide accurate regulatory and pricing insights to the business.
This could be a role for someone who as an interest in compliance and is wanting to start a growing career within the industry, as there is a lot of potential to grow and develop with the business, with in house training provided.
Main duties and responsibilities of the Compliance Administrator Role:
* Lead and manage legislation and compliance.
* Keep up to date with the ever-changing landscape of legislation.
* Work closely with factories to ensure full compliance.
* Ensure the client complies with product and business regulations, including:
* Lead product compliance for new and existing products.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define compliance requirements.
* Support product development and ensure alignment with specific market regulations
Experience/knowledge requirements for Compliance Adminstrator Role:
* Excellent eye for detail and methodical approach to work.
* Ability to work independently and self-sufficiently.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Confident in handling customer queries and providing regulatory guidance.
* Strong communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis tools, or ERP systems (preferred but not essential).
* A proactive mindset with a desire to develop and grow with the business.
