TheNishkam Civic Association (NCA) is seeking highly motivated and experiencedprofessionals to join our team as Sessional Tutors/Mentors for our ExecutiveSenior Leadership Programme (ESLP) at Level 7, and other apprenticeshipprogrammes ranging from Levels 4 to 7. Our programmes are values-led and aredelivered primarily online, supported by in-person workshops. As a SessionalTutor/Mentor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality learningexperiences, developing engaging and up-to-date learning materials, andproviding support and feedback to learners to help them achieve their fullpotential.

· StrategicManagement Project proposal (Research Methods)
2. KeyResponsibilities
* Developand deliver engaging, up-to-date learning materials, including academicarticles, PPT presentations, case studies, quizzes, simulations, and groupwork activities.
* Alignlearning materials with the module specifications and the values-ledapproach of NCA.
* Workwith the VLE development expert/team to integrate the learning materialsinto the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE), such as Moodle or Teams LMS365.
* Testand refine the effectiveness of the content and delivery to ensure it isuser-friendly and easy to navigate for learners of all IT abilities.
* Deliveronline learning sessions (up to 2 hours per week per module) using NCA’sVirtual Learning Environment (VLE)
2.2 LearnerSupport
· Setand monitor tasks and assignments for learners, ensuring they are challengingand relevant to the module objectives.
· Providedetailed, timely, and constructive feedback on learners’ work and progress.
· Offeronline support to learners, addressing queries and guiding them through theirlearning journey.
· Maintaindetailed logs of learner interactions and support provided for ESFA and Ofstedinspection purposes.
2.3Assessment & Evaluation
· Designand administer assessments that accurately measure learners' understanding andapplication of the course material.
· Ensureassessments are aligned with module specifications and standards.
· Contributeto the continuous improvement of the course by participating in regularevaluations and feedback sessions.
2.3 Administration& Reporting
· Keepaccurate records of attendance, learner progress, and feedback provided.
· Preparereports on learner progress and outcomes as required by the ProgrammeCoordinator.
· Adhereto NCA’s policies and procedures, including those related to safeguarding,equality and diversity, and data protection.
2.4 ProfessionalDevelopment
· Stayupdated with the latest developments in your subject area and online learningmethodologies.
· Participatein staff development and training opportunities as required.
· Supportthe NCA’s mission to develop as a Centre of Excellence for values-led and work-basedapprenticeships.
· Promotea positive learning environment that reflects NCA’s values of integrity,respect, and social responsibility.
Requirements
1. PersonSpecification
3.1Qualifications
· Afirst degree and a postgraduate degree in a relevant field (essential), with aPhD or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
· Teachingqualification (e.g., PGCE, PGCHE) or equivalent experience (preferred).
3.2Experience
· Significantexperience of developing and delivering learning materials for higher educationor professional training programmes.
· Experienceof online teaching and familiarity with Virtual Learning Environments (VLEs)(essential).
· Weare keen to engage with Emeritus Professors who wish to contribute to thedevelopment of the next generation of leaders.
· Proventrack record of supporting and mentoring learners in an educational orprofessional setting.
· Experienceof supporting apprenticeships and knowledge of ESFA and Ofsted requirements(desirable).
3.3Skills & Abilities
· Excellentcommunication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideasclearly and engagingly.
· Strongorganisational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
· Abilityto develop innovative and interactive learning materials.
· StrongIT skills, particularly in online teaching tools and platforms.
· Abilityto work independently and as part of a team.
