The Role: Due to continued and exciting growth across all functions of the business, an excellent opportunity has arisen for an Account Manager (IT Sales) to join our vibran t team. The Account Manager (referred to internally as Business Manager) will have initial responsibility for prospecting and closing net new business with a view to building and nurturing those customers into an established portfolio. With the support of our Marketing, Pre-Sales & Technical teams, you will undertake a consultative sales approach to ensure Krome’s solutions & services meet and exceed client requi rements. Responsi bilities: ·Quickly develop an understanding of Krome’s technical solutions and offerings·Prospect, sell and close business into net new clients across a ll sectors·Be a strong sales hunter who maintains and nurtures longstanding trusted client relations·Manage the sales process with a tight control over each stage·Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions through cross-team col laboration·Manage pipeline and KPI’s, through effective use of our CRM and associated systems, to ensure consistent and long-te rm success·Collaborate with the wider team to identify and grow opp ortunities·Keep up-to-date with market and indus try trends Re quirements: ·Proven ability to hunt new name business using outbound calling, consultative and influencing sellin g techniques·Proven ability to learn quickly in a very fast-paced environment·A minimum of 2 years IT sales backgroun d preferable·Team player - ability to interact with teammates and partners, fairly and respectfully·Be proactive / results-driven with strong problem-so lving skills·Must work well in an entrepreneurial environment; be a self-starter, and a visi onary seller·Engaging communication skills - excellent written and spoken Engli sh essential·Local commuting distance to our HQ in Chertsey (Surrey) is high ly desirable·Full UK Driving Licenc e preferable This is a Monday to Friday role 9:00am – 5:00pm based at Krome’s HQ in Chertsey (Surrey). Once probation has been successfully completed, there will be the opportunity to work 3 days per week in the office and 2 days flexible working (depending on client/bus iness needs).
