We are seeking a new member of our team, to join predominantly in the office but you will be required to work within the warehouse environment also. You will have an excellent telephone manner, be computer literate, be competent in microsoft office. You will be taught how to use our software also. You will be required to do the following tasks, however there maybe other jobs you are required to do also. Answering the telephone, taking customer orders, enquiries, taking card payments for the orders, dispatching orders via our carrier portal (again this will be shown to you, you must be a quick learner!) You will also be required to serve customers, taking their orders in the showroom, picking out certain orders, helping out in the warehouse when required with picking orders, with the general day to day running of the warehouse where needed. You will need to have excellent customer service skills, be polite, well mannered, be able to work on your own initiative and be prepared to work hard.
