We are seeking a meticulous and organised Site Administrator / Document Controller to join our team on a construction site at Manchester airport. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining all documentation related to project, ensuring that documents are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible. This role is crucial for supporting the administrative functions of the organisation and ensuring compliance with company policies. Duties Organise and maintain project documentation in both physical and electronic formats. Ensure all documents are properly filed, stored, and archived according to company standards. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using various software applications including Google Suite and QuickBooks. Provide clerical support including typing, photocopying, and scanning documents. Maintain an effective filing system to ensure easy retrieval of information. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with team members and external stakeholders. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and document flow. Experience The ideal candidate Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in computerised systems for document management. Experience in office administration or clerical roles is preferred. Familiarity with QuickBooks and Google Suite is advantageous. Excellent typing skills with the ability to produce high-quality documentation quickly. Previous experience in data entry tasks is beneficial Construction experience advantageous.
