About the Role: As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify and research potential clients using various channels such as cold calling, networking, and social media. Qualify leads to ensure alignment with company criteria. Monitor client information, sales opportunities, and market trends. Collaborate closely with other departments such as purchasing, engineering, and production to ensure cohesive sales strategies. Skills & Experience Required: Proven track record of success in sales, ideally within a manufacturing industry. Experience in lead generation, sales presentations, and closing deals. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management. Familiarity with CRM software; Salesforce experience is advantageous. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player. Proficient in IT tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Exceptional organizational skills. Qualifications: Relevant experience within an SME manufacturing environment is preferred. 5 years of experience in a sales role, ideally within manufacturing. Degree-level education is preferred but not essential.
