As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team, based in our East Kilbride office.
In this pivotal role you will primarily support senior leadership in ensuring their time and focus remain on driving the company forward. You will be responsible for managing their schedule, overseeing communications, and providing essential administrative and personal support.
This role requires discretion, adaptability, and the ability to anticipate needs in a dynamic working environment.
The role, whilst not for the faint hearted, will be fast paced, engaging, varied, and demanding whilst working in a collaborative, friendly and supportive, environment.

Responsibilities
* Managing Director’s inboxes and diaries.
* Maintaining strategic plans and following up on actions.
* Arranging travel for executives where required.
* Aiding internal communication by gathering reports on behalf of directors.
* Attending strategic meetings with sales, marketing and operations teams and aiding with strategy.
* Calendar and email management at a professional level.
* Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
* Coordinating meetings, conferences, and high-level engagements.
* Strategic tasks such as project management or conducting research.
* General tasks to aid the efficient running of the business including meet and greet of external clients and visitors.
Experience
* Proven demonstrable experience as Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
* Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
* Experience working within an SME environment is an advantage but not essential.
