Parts Manager
Parts Manager required for Automotive Car Dealership located in Sudbury.
We are recruiting for a Parts Manager for our Client’s bodyshop. As a Parts Manager for our Client, you will be responsible for leading a busy Parts Department.
Salary: A competitive salary up to £30,000 with OTE potentials of £32,000.
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 6:00pm. NO weekends worked ensuring a good work/life balance.
Responsibilities:
1. Maximise the profit opportunity in the Parts Department.
2. Overseeing the effective management of all Parts and consumable stocks.
3. As a Parts Manager, it is your duty to recruit for Parts Team Members.
4. Maintaining standards of performance in the Parts Department through coaching and development.
5. Dealing with customer enquiries both face to face and over the phone.
6. Ordering specific parts.
7. Delivering a high standard of customer service.
8. Maintaining stock management.
Person Specification:
1. A previous working experience as a Parts Manager.
2. Managing the sourcing and supply of vehicle parts.
3. Achieving Parts Sales Volumes and profit objectives.
4. Motivating and developing the Parts Team.
5. Strong Interpersonal Skills.
