The Role:
As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be central to designing, developing, and maintaining the essential infrastructure that supports our services. Driven and organized, you are passionate about creating robust and refined solutions. You’ll have the opportunity to tackle diverse and challenging projects in a unique field, leading the delivery of core solutions that make a tangible impact.
Responsibilities:
* Own team deliverables, working alongside the Scrum Master to create a roadmap that meets customer requirements.
* Participate in the full software development lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
* Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, front-end development, and QA.
* Mentor and guide junior developers, contributing to the growth and success of the team.
Clearance:
Please note, this role will require you to hold an active eDV Clearance.
Qualifications:
* Experience as a Software Developer with deep expertise in one of the following areas:
o Backend Java development and related tools
o Frontend development and associated frameworks
* Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deploy scalable backend systems.
* Proficiency with CI/CD processes, containerization, deployment technologies, and cloud platforms (e.g., Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS).
* Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with preferred experience in agile methodologies.
