The Opportunity
This position works out of our Maidenhead location within our Core Lab division.
As a Contracts Specialist you will be the key point of contact for the UK/Ireland Contracts Administration Supervisor, and managing relationships with various stakeholders. You'll handle the communication of contract terms with the NHS and third-party companies, ensuring all contracts comply with ADD policies and company procedures.
What You’ll Do
1. Report to the UK/Ireland Contracts Administration Supervisor
2. Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships
3. Communicate contract terms with NHS and 3rd party companies
4. Ensure compliance with ADD contracts policies
5. Adhere to company policies and procedures
6. Mentor and develop Contract Specialists
7. Administer UK ADD Contracts
8. Coordinate key contract implementations
9. Oversee 3rd party supplier awards
10. Maintain business relationships with strategic partners
11. Manage regional Contracts Department commercial relationships
12. Provide contract support to Region Specialists
13. Handle major accounts
14. Ensure quality and policy control
15. Meet objectives and deadlines
Education Requirements
16. Applicant must hold a relevant degree (2:2 or higher) essential;
17. Minimum of 24-months in contract work essential;
18. Knowledge of tendering and mini-competitions desirable;
19. Experience of working in multi-disciplinary teams desirable;
20. CIPS Level 4 or demonstrable equivalent work-related experience desirable;
21. Broad understanding of the diagnostic industry and/or NHS desirable.

24. Proven track record in building and maintaining relationships;
25. Highly PC literate;
26. Proficient at analysing data, and working with large data sets;
27. Advanced excel skills;
