From day one, our placement students are fully integrated into Team Hilton and are involved in different aspects of the business. Our placements offer vast exposure and opportunities, such as networking with senior executives, involvement in regional conferences, and for some, international travel. Some of the specific responsibilities you may be involved with in both roles are detailed as follows:
* Support hotels through the Travel with Purpose Pledges program to help drive performance in EMEA.

* Plan content for the quarterly EMEA Travel with Purpose Champions Network updates.
* Undertake ESG performance analytics and further develop EMEA PowerBI dashboards.
* Support with internal ESG requests from EMEA stakeholders and, as necessary, work across the business to develop the solutions needed.
* Be flexible – the ESG space is constantly changing and each day can bring new focuses and different opportunities.
