Sales Order Warehouse Administrator
£11.44 per hour
Location: Lincoln
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Type: Temp to Perm
An amazing opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to work on a temporary basis Monday to Friday for our well-established client based in Lincoln.
Our client is looking for a driven and confident individual to provide exceptional support and customer service for the company! This role will require the successful person to process sales orders from start to finish, working in collaboration with the Warehouse team and Administration team.
Duties:
1. Resolving queries and issues working through the central inbox.
2. Setting up users’ systems via a customer portal system.
3. Updating customer details ensuring accurate data is stored.
4. Speaking to customers regarding any issues when required.
5. Conversing with other teams in the company to process orders and collections for despatch.
6. Any other ad hoc duties.
7. Processing sales orders from start to finish.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in administration, customer service, or a related role.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with knowledge of Excel.
3. A strong attention to detail with accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
4. A process driven mindset and attitude.
5. A great telephone manner.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
