A new opportunity has arisen for a part time support worker/ healthcare assistant in Crawley supporting 1 individual 20 hours a week. Following a brain injury a couple of years ago our client suffers with short term memory loss as well as some issues with diet.
This role will be supporting our client with diet and who will help them integrate well into the community. They love being active (cycling and going for walks). In the long term they would want to be able to go back to work.
Working Hours:
The 20 hours a week will be set out as:
Monday – Friday: 13:00 – 17:00
Key Responsibilities:
* Engaging with personalised routines.
* Providing emotional support and companionship.
* Aiding with accessing community.
* Meal and food preparation.
* Maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in clients’ conditions.
* Collaborating with a range of healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.

Training & Background Checks:
An enhanced DBS check & full training will be provided prior to commencing work with our client and you will also be supported by our clinical lead nurse for the area.
