Job Description
1. Take full responsibility for the circa 600 bin wine list
2. Help to achieve restaurant profitability through revenue generation and effective cost control
3. Excellent knowledge of world wines, spirits and Cocktails
4. Working with the Operations Director to create and maintain a well-balanced wine list both price wise and representationally
5. Work with and learn from the extraordinary culinary and front of house talent in a diverse, energising and professional restaurant environment
Qualifications
6. Self Motivated and well organised
7. Excellent communication skills
8. Ideally possess intermediate WSET or equivalent Sommelier qualifications
9. Clear passion to deliver an exceptional customer experience
10. Be an accomplished leader who can train and build a team
