We are currently recruiting for a Night Porter for our 5 Star Hotel, The Londoner.
Overview:
1. An amazing opportunity to join The Londoner Hotel as a Night Kitchen Porter.
2. The role of Night Kitchen Porter is very important to the smooth running of the Kitchen and Back of House operation.
3. You will ensure the overnight cleanliness of the kitchens and back of house areas at night.
4. The Night Kitchen Porter aims to support all members of the kitchen brigade at all times.
5. This role is responsible for cleaning and managing the crockery.
About You:
1. Must be able to demonstrate a positive attitude and apply the best of your knowledge to the task in hand.
2. Awareness of manual handling techniques and kitchen health and safety.
3. Basic understanding of spoken English.
4. Works well with others and understands the value of teamwork.
