Key Details:
* Location: Lincoln
* Pay Rate: Starting from £140 per day with potential to increase based on experience
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:30 (term time only)
* Role: Full-time, 5 days per week
Responsibilities:
* Deliver a range of subjects to students with special educational needs across KS3 and KS4.
* Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students with learning difficulties, ensuring that all students are given the opportunity to thrive.
* Work closely with support staff to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
* Monitor and track students’ progress, implementing tailored strategies to support individual learning plans.
* Maintain open communication with parents, guardians, and the wider school community to ensure the best outcomes for students.
