If you have customer service experience and you're interested in working for a well-established, family run business in the Kitchen and Interiors industry, this is an excellent opportunity to gain all round experience with aspects of Admin, Customer Service, Finance and Marketing.
In this role, you will work in both showrooms located in Farnham Common and Ashford (Middlesex). So the ideal candidate, will be a driver and based in a commutable distance of both showroom locations.
Working in a supportive, friendly team who pride themselves on providing an exceptional customer experience, you will receive full training and support. Working hours are 9am -5pm with 2 Saturdays to be worked a month, alternated. With a day off in the week. Salary is £25-28k depending on experience, plus bonuses (OTE £2-3k per annum).
Key Responsibilities
1. The priority of this role is to welcome visitors and be the first point of contact to anyone visiting the showroom. Showing customers around the showroom, answering questions and delivering an excellent first impression
2. Assisting the designers with customer presentations when required. Ensuring customers always feel welcomed - offering refreshments.
3. Handle general queries from customers & fitters. Finding out as much detail as possible, transferring to the correct person.
