Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day support including diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy Screen calls, emails, and other communications, responding where appropriate Arrange and coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on actions Manage filing systems (digital and hard copy) ensuring documents are current and accessible Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion Act as a gatekeeper and first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Organise events and team meetings as required Support with personal errands or tasks where agreed Person Specification: Essential: Proven experience in a similar PA or senior administrative role Experience supporting at director level Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong IT skills - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Exceptional organisational and time management skills Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Discretion and confidentiality are essential
