Belmont Recruitment are currently working with a Specialist Interior Design and Refurbishment Company based in Bamber Bridge, Preston, who are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join their small Sales Team.
This is a temp-perm contract, with the initial temporary period being 6 months.
The Role:
1. Outbound phone calls following up visits made by face-to-face sales staff.
2. Account management: keeping in touch with past customers by phone/email to identify any new requirements.
3. Building a database of architects and targeting them to get our products specified.
4. Searching Press/LinkedIn for any opportunities. Connecting and building relationships with prospects.
5. Use ABI leads to identify target projects in our sales areas.
6. Using Vidyard to send recorded videos to prospects introducing our website, etc.
7. Face-to-face visits to prospective customers, dropping off literature and asking them about their plans to refurbish.
8. Attend headteachers' conferences and exhibit, converse with prospects.
Requirements:
1. Business Development/Sales experience
2. Enthusiastic, energetic and driven
3. Target driven
4. Personable with the ability to build rapport with prospective customers
5. Strong ability to maintain and build on business relationships
6. Willingness to travel to meet prospective customers
Working Hours - 8am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
Location - Bamber Bridge, on-site
