Lifecycle Project Manager - PFI Schools - Birmingham - £50 - £60k
A Lifecycle Project Manager is required by an FM company to work across two schools contracts in Birmingham. One is PPP2 and the other is a BSF contract. The FM company doesn't hold the lifecycle fund on the PPP2 but they do on the BSF.
With approximately 12 years left on the contract, a strategic overview of the condition-based planning and replacement lifecycle programme is required, so someone with a proactive approach is needed to forward plan and schedule in works for the upcoming years.
With approximately £1m a year available for lifecycle works, you will be responsible for works including:
1. Air Conditioning upgrades
2. LED lighting replacements
3. Kitchen upgrades
4. Plant room upgrades
You will have a strong technical background with a thorough knowledge of asset management, lifecycle replacement works, and knowledge of PFI.
