In this role, you’ll be out and about—inspecting homes, assessing conditions, spotting issues before they become problems, and putting together detailed, professional reports that clients can actually understand and act on. There’ll be a limited amount of valuation work in the mix too.You’ll be the expert on-site, liaising with clients, stakeholders, and fellow property pros, so strong communication skills are key.
