This role is pivotal in shaping the future of students by delivering high-quality education in Countryside Management and Arboriculture. Day-to-day of the role: Prepare, deliver, and assess a range of Further Education Countryside provision and Arboriculture Short courses. Undertake course administration tasks including learner registration, assessment planning, and exams entry. Lead Countryside Level 2 and 3 courses and contribute to curriculum development. Engage in continuous professional development and curriculum innovation to enhance teaching practices and learner experience. Required Skills & Qualifications: Degree or equivalent in Countryside Management/Arboriculture or a related field. Level 3 vocational qualification in Countryside/Arboriculture or equivalent. GCSE Maths and English (grades A – C) or equivalent. Recent industry experience in Countryside/Arboriculture. Experience as a teacher, trainer, or instructor is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Current Driving Licence and access to a vehicle. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends if required. Willingness to undertake staff development, including industry updating and related qualifications.
