Working alongside ex-teachers and EdTech engineers, youll be part of a team that truly cares about improving education standards for everyone.
As the first person to step into this role, youll have total ownership and the full backing of senior leadership. You'll be given full autonomy to improve the Support framework. This includes creating and implementing policies/procedures, leading a team of people, and developing company-wide standards.
Collaborating across product and engineering teams you'll ensure the platform and product security is robust, and staff are suitably trained. Youll also handle Incident and Problem Management, working to ITIL Standards to ensure timely resolution as the company moves into an exciting new phase. The position requires 2 days in the office in Leeds and 3 days per week working remotely.
About You:
You're an experienced IT Support Manager with deep expertise in relevant frameworks. With excellent leadership, analytical, decision-making, and communication abilities, you thrive in fast-paced environments and can prioritise effectively.
In particular, youll need:
Proven track record in IT Support management roles
A broad technical infrastructure background
Prior experience working with ITIL, ideally with at least the ITIL Foundation Certification
