3. Hours: Monday – Thursday 8 AM – 4:30 PM; Friday 8 AM – 12 PM
4. Salary: £25000.00 per annum

About the Role:
As a Regulatory Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with all requirements related to the creation and upkeep of product documentation and labelling.
Responsibilities of the Regulatory Administrator:
6. General administrative skills in an engineering office setting.
7. Assist with the creation and upkeep of product specification documentation.
8. To work with Label programs such as Bartender and Nice Labels.
9. Work to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements for product specifications.
10. Ensure accuracy, completeness and detail of product documentation and labels.
11. Create labels and documentation for products according to specifications.
12. Maintain up to date documentation and compliant specifications for products and their labels.
13. Assist in preparing for and participating in regulatory agency audits and inspections.
14. Manage your own workload and effectively liaise & communicate with others to accomplish deadlines and objectives.
Essential Requirements for the Regulatory Affairs Administrator:
15. Attention to detail and good analytical skills.
16. Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
17. Excellent interpersonal skills.
18. Good level of IT Skills and Software proficiency.
19. A self starter that is able to work to deadlines.
20. Experience with Label Programs is advantageous.
21. Previous Administration experience is essential.
22. Previous Regulatory Administration experience is advantageous.
23. Experience in manufacturing, highly regulated administrative/office work and experience working with international partners and suppliers is preferred.
24. Willingness to learn and progress in a fast moving, dynamic environment.
