Qualifications and Experience: Education And Experience
* Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst in hospitality technology and overall experience of 10 years
Technical Knowledge Demonstrated expertise in Oracle Simphony POS system configuration and integration with enterprise systems. Strong understanding of hospitality system architecture, integration protocols, and business process modeling. Working knowledge of testing methodologies is essential.
Business Domain Expertise In-depth understanding of hospitality operations, including F&B processes, financial controls, and revenue management principles.
