About The Role
What youll be doing:
* Youll be joining a small team of between 4 6 members of staff
* Youll be committed to delivering a great customer experience
* You'll be working up to 45 hours per week
* Youll be explaining technical equipment in an understandable manner
* Youll be committed to offering honest advice and building a rapport with customers
* Youll ensure that you exceed our customers expectations and reassure them when they're bewildered by choice
* Youll be working hard as part of the team in achieving challenging sales targets
What youll need - skills and experience:
* Youll have previous experience in selling technical products to customers
* Youll have experience in a retail customer service orientated environment
* Youll have previous experience in dealing with customers
* Youll have practical experience / knowledge of some or all of our product range
* Youll possess strong accuracy and numeracy skills
* Youll possess basic computer literacy
* Youll be self motivated and have a can-do attitude
