Glenmor is the seasonal ownership within Gleneagles. We have 53 homes and our owners return to us year after year to experience all that our Glorious Playground has to offer. The concierge team is small and mighty and is the face of Glenmor, looking after our guests whilst they arrange their stay with us pre-arrival, right through to their departure. We’re adept at build strong and long-lasting relationships. The on target earning potential for this role is £33,351 / per annum based on a 39 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £28,351, plus a qualified estimate of £5,000 in gratuities and service charge. Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role: Deputising for the Reception Manager, you’ll have responsibility for the day to day running of the team, expertly managing arrivals and departures to ensure a seamless guest journey. Ensuring all of our guests are met on arrival, warmly welcomed to Glenmor and taken to their home as required; you’ll also make sure our reception area is always manned, ready to receive our guests Arranging guest itineraries, you’ll make sure you and your team have a fantastic knowledge of the range of activities available across the estate and also the surrounding area Recording our guest comments and concerns, including these in handover and accurately recording on the guest’s profile; you’ll also ensure swift and professional resolution and follow through Ensuring our guest history report is thoroughly checked prior to arrival and any discrepancies addressed to ensure a seamless guest journey Maintaining the accuracy of our databases and building guest profile information by gathering, verifying and recording guest details Recording and accurately reporting all maintenance and housekeeping issues to our Maintenance team, proactively ensuring resolution and ultimately guest satisfaction Collating our owners’ reservations for the year ahead, making sure they receive their confirmation and welcome letters are received well in advance Actively following all Forbes and Gleneagles standards at each and every interaction with our guests, you’ll lead this from the front, making sure your team are following these standards and providing them with immediate feedback, development and coaching Encouraging cross-departmental communication and continuing to build relationships with external activity centres and partners Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with Glenmor luxurious in every way The kind of person we're looking for : Ideally, you have experience in a guest facing role within luxury hospitality with a fantastic track record of success Experienced in Opera (Property Management System), you're also highly competent in using Microsoft Office Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; you're passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Gleneagles brand As well as a flexible approach to working, you're able to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment You have a positive “can do” attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner A strong team player with great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach; you're well organised and punctual with an eagle eye for detail You want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and above all has fun along the way What’s in it for you: Time to let your hair down 30 days holiday (including bank holidays) that increases with service Seasonal parties and local social events 50% discount on Food & Beverage, Country Pursuits, Spa and Hair Salon (Mon-Thurs) and the Golf Driving Range Golf Membership (with access to all 3 championship courses) for £50.00 per annum Treats in your pocket Flexi points into your Perkbox wallet to spend as you choose.
