Here at IMG we are pleased to announce that we are looking for a Sales Support Administrator working on a Hybrid Basis, Monday to Wednesday out of our Cardiff Office on a Full Time Basis with a competitive salary of £24,000 - £25,000 (Depending on Experience). The Sales Support Administrator provides outstanding service to our members by answering calls related to New Quotes for Insurance/Renewal or Cancellations of existing policies as well as providing outstanding customer service when answering questions and assisting with proposed changes to policies.They will be versed in the products available from our clients and carry out any authorised changes requested or pass on any that require additional approval or are more complex while keeping the members updated and informed. They will process payments over the phone for any quotes agreed, for which the member calls to provide card details, while ensuring the maximum security of their card information by way of our call system. What does a day in the life of a Sales Support Administrator look like: To process, from request to fulfilment, any amendments/cancellations to existing travel insurance policies by documenting any amendments via our clients operating systems. To understand the needs of the customer by asking the correct questions to obtain personal information and using the knowledge gained of the products available to provide quotes and answer customer questions. To answer calls within our required service levels and work to ensure abandoned calls are kept to a minimum, to achieve maximum customer service levels. Assist in processing client mailboxes ensuring all emails are actioned within 2 business days to ensure outstanding customer service to all customers. Actioning live chats, where required, in real time, providing essential information to our customers, in parallel to the client’s other communication sources. Other various policy and administrative related tasks or projects as assigned by the line manager.
