Account Manager – Telecoms
£23k - £25k ( this could be Negotiable around experience) + Commission – Realistic £50k OTE.
Based – office / Out In the field / home based.
Reports to Managing Director
Required – DRIVERS LICENCE and 45 mins drive from Worthing / Lancing etc.
A long-established West Sussex IT and Telecoms company is looking for a relationship and customer centric focused account manager to join their team.. They are a highly successful and established SME telecoms company who provide Telephone Systems, Line & Call Services, eBusiness and Broadband and Mobile & Networking Services to SME's in their territory.
This role is to look after 100 – 200 accounts in the South of the country ensuring they are being looked after to the highest level.
1. Business development within the existing accounts and ensuring excellent customer service, renewals and being a hand holding success manager for all their needs.
2. Calling lapsed clients and any warm leads from marketing in the local territory to gain new business and add to your existing portfolio.
3. Account management - Looking after SME’s who already use the company and its products/services ensuring they are happy with the service they are receiving.
4. Up-selling / cross selling - looking for opportunities to encourage further sales from existing clients by using own initiative to find gaps in their products and systems that you could fill with the company's systems/services.
5. So, if you have strong account manager / sales executive / lead generation experience – this warm high earning role could be good for you!
6. KPIs are set around upselling / Cross Selling opportunities, client visits and revenue.
7. You will get commission on renewals, new business, upgrades, hardware, software and inbound leads.
