* Monitor process performance through the setting and measurement of relevant KPIs.
* Engage with business transformation teams to ensure finance processes align with wider business goals.
About You:
You are a qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, etc.) with significant experience in reporting, management accounting, and driving process improvements and enhanced controls. With a strong background in transformation leadership, you have successfully championed finance transformation initiatives, ensuring clear communication, training, and adoption across teams. You lead by influence, fostering engagement and continuous improvement within the Record to Report (RtR) process, and possess solid project management skills, ensuring transformation projects, especially ERP implementations, stay on track and within scope.
You are impact-focused, with a proactive, tenacious approach to identifying and implementing improvements. Your analytical and communication skills allow you to collaborate effectively with teams and present confidently to senior stakeholders.
