This well-known consumer business has a very exciting opportunity for a Legal Counsel to join the team in a varied and business facing legal role.
The Opportunity
You will have the opportunity to draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements relating to commercial negotiations, marketing and advertising, corporate law, consumer law, supply and distribution, logistics, digital and IP as well as risk and governance.
As part of a collegiate and business facing legal team, you will partner with all areas of the business, both in the UK but also internationally.
The position is best suited to an individual who enjoys variety and who has experience with and a keen interest in working for a consumer brand.
About You
The position needs strong commercial awareness and experience with a variety of commercial contracts. Any franchsing, marketing or corporate experience in addition to commercial would be useful. It is essential you are a self-starter with strong relationship development skills.
